Fishing For OSRS Gold and Cooking Skills in World of Warcraft

A new way to gain OSRS Gold while also training your Fishing and Cooking skill levels. This method involves catching sacred eels and dissecting them for Zulrah’s scales which can be a great source of money. Depending on your Fishing and Cooking level you can receive between 3-9 Zulrah’s scales per eel.

You can catch these eels at the fishing spots in Zul-Andra. At the current level of 87 Fishing and partial completion of Regicide players can expect to earn up to 21k Fishing Exp and 23k Cooking Exp while averaging around 1200 Zulrah’s Scales per hour.

The best way to make the most out of this method is by utilising a merfolk trident, trident of the seas, or dragon harpoon. Using these will boost your chance to receive a rare drop which can be sold for a large profit such as a toxic trident or ibans staff. It’s also recommended to bring cheap defensive gear, high-healing food, and a few stamina potions to keep yourself healthy while AFK.

Another great tool to use is the ring of wealth, which will allow you to bank your catches more quickly at the docks. You may also wish to wear a Fremmenyk boots 4 or a miscellania teleport item such as the dkp fairy ring to save time running from your player-owned house, edgeville, shilo village underground mine, Karamja gloves 3, or The Theatre of Blood to the bank in Zanaris.

Lastly, it is highly recommended to wear a full set of armor with an imbued ring of wealth to increase your chances at obtaining a clue scroll while fishing the eels. It is also advised to bring a hammer in case you happen to come across a lava scale shard while fishing, which can be sold for over 200g each.

It’s important to note that this is not the fastest way to level Fishing and Cooking. There are many other methods such as the abyssal devilfish, anglerfish, and even frying pan fish which can provide more experience. However, this method is very convenient for players who need a quick way to make some extra cash and don’t have much time to spare.
